02. Torres de Satélite: the towering sculpture by Mexican architect Luis Barragán located in the north of Mexico City was one of the scenarios for this series.

Before Raúl proposed this series to the New York-based brand Abasi Rosborough we talked about the importance of highlighting modern architecture and aesthetics that carry a significance to Mexican culture that go beyond what is commonly considered traditional or 'Mexican'. I made a selection of spaces that included Torres de Satélite by architect Luis Barragán, Casa Praxis by architect Agustín Hernández, and Monumento a la Madre by artist Luis Ortíz Monasterio.
04. The 'ARC Jacket' from the SS17 collection by Abasi Rosborough.
This series was produced through a whole week in the city. For some of the looks Raúl thought of adding clothes found in mercados around Mexico City: leather huaraches and canvas pants are worn with Abasi Rosborough. María Osado, founder of Guerxs, was in charge of casting.
